Well I think you should've talked about how this could've affected events like the 1993 Russian Constitutional Crisis or the 1996 elections in Russia, as having a strong communist presence in Central Asia so close to Russia could've bolstered the Communists back in power there, especially considering how the Ukraine war is going and the potential political upheaval that could occur, I don't think Russia would rejoin this rump Soviet Union by the efforts of Kazakhstan but more so by Communists in Russia seizing an opportunity to regain power and push the country back into union with what remains of the soviet state in central Asia, from there potentially we'd see Abkhazia, South ossetia or Karakalpakstan being reincorporated as well
