Questions; 1) Does the device need to be connected to a home wifi or can it be connected to a hot spot from a phone? 2) does the tv have to support mirror cast or airplay? Thanks

Great easy to understand Tutorial . I have Android, is there a way to keep the Anycast from defaulting to " Air Play " mode every time device powers up ?? Powered from TV USB . . . As I have to press the change format button every time to change to Mira Cast . . . . On video the speaking and pictures are at times out of sync. . . Anything I can do ?? ( a previous device was flawless, but device pooched - was a Screen Beam Mini2 - but Action Tech no longer making this item - or do you know where to get one of these. . . . ??

Can this be used without WiFi? I want to take advantage of my data on my phone instead.

My WiFi is poor quality as I live in an RV Park...very remote.

I have just installed the more expensive Chromecast last week, now am installing Anycast on another TV. easy peasy connections for the android phone Except It does NOT Play Videos from Netflix. Youtube, tiktok ok.

Every time I power on TV and choose AnyCast, always is AirPlay on! And every time I have to unplug AnyCast(becouse little button is towards TV back) and switch to Miracast. Question is, can I set up dongle to be always in Miracast mode to be by default when I turn on Tv ? Thanks
