James asks David Tennant about filming a project in South Africa, and whether he was able to grasp the accent, and the chat turns to dialects within a country, and Massachusetts native Elizabeth Banks admits she sometimes struggles understanding some of her family's thick Boston accent.

Elizabeth is from Pittsfield. As someone who's from there, it's about as far from Boston as you can get and still be in Mass. You get some of the slang like "wicked" but none of the accent.

I'm from Fall River which is about 45-60 min from Boston and I went to school in a different city with people from all over Mass. The whole state has different accents everywhere. When we moved to Florida people thought we were from New York 🤷
