I've always argued that the scrambler/bonneville is the jack of all trades bike. They'll cruise with zero issues, you can tackle corners because the suspension will handle it, the engine has enough torque that it feels fun without yeeting you into the sun, itll handle enough off road to get you to a camp site, commutes great and you can split with them easily. And its gorgeous.

I've been on a Scrambler 1200XC since June of this year, and have put just over 8, 500 miles on it. For where I live in the hinterlands of southern California's Mojave desert, it's been ideal. One of the few purchases in my life that has presented ZERO buyer's remorse. It's been the first bike I've had in decades that leaves me grinning like a jackass eating cactus after each and every ride, no matter where I go. I anticipate a very long and happy relationship with my Triumph.

This is the bike that got me into the whole motorcycle scene I’ve wanted one for so long

Back in 66 I was 11 yrs, couple of my older sisters friends came over one day. One rode a BSA and the other dude had a Triumph. Even thought Ive had and enjoyed all kinds and sizes of bikes . The classic British Twin look has always been my first image of what a bike should be and look like.

Then thing I love about triumph is that they’re an actual quality product. You can tell they want it to be tactile and feel good, and they lean into their heritage. They just do it so much better than Harley, and pretty much anyone else.

Bought this as my first bike back in June. Everything he said is true. I'm excited to be riding this thing for the next 30 years and have it be just as cool then.

I've got 2k miles on my street scrambler. It's my fourth bike(love it). The guy who got me into riding passed last month. He was my go to. I never got to show him my new bike. I appreciate videos like this that explain things to me like Derek did.

After watching quite a few Yammie vids, I don't recall him giggling as much as he does here - says it all, about the bike

I've owned one of these in the uk for two and a half years (older model) I commute on it so I've ridden in rain, wind, snow and ice, Ive taken it off road, been camping on it and it got me through all of it. I still spend 5-10 minutes staring at it in awe after every ride 😂 can't see myself ever getting rid of it, it has so much character to it

Your one of many reviewers who have been surprised by this bike .. It is a classic case
of " MORE THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS " .
I've owned one for over a year and I can tell you it never fails to amaze me how much
I love riding this bike ( and I've owned over 30 bikes over a 40 year biking life )
And its definitely NOT "just a cruiser " ... its a throbbing, torquey blast to ride hard
on any road when you want to go for it, with a surprising rush at higher revs .
Motorcycling is about emotions not spec' sheets, and the Street Scrambler is one of those
magic machines that reminds you why you fell in love with riding in the first place, an
absolute hidden gem !

Just got this bike yesterday. It’s so nice. Awesome engine sound, super comfortable, great seating position. You feel classy riding it. Also it handles rough roads very nicely.

I was given one of these bike for few hours when my bike was in for a service (triumph street triple r 765 2021). It was so easy to ride, I loved it, I could have sat on it all day so comfortable. Sounded great, really lowdown grunt 👍. Smoothest twin I’ve ever ridden. Made me think of changing. Only had my street a month

I've been riding my 2019 Street Scrambler nearly every day for the past year and I never get bored with it. I sometimes look at the Bobber black and recognize it's a beautiful motorcycle that I'd love to own one day, but my Street Scrambler will be my forever bike.

I bought the Bonneville T100 back in August as my first bike and it’s been an amazing ride. Triumph bikes are so easy to learn on!

XSR900 owner here. Damn I LOVE that tall exhaust. I wish XSR had something like that. And more bikes in general.

I've got a bonnie and I love it, everything you're saying in this video spoke to me. I got mine after passing my test in the uk so was upgrading to 865cc 230kg bike from my little 125cc 130kg learner bike so it seemed like a big leap! But as soon as I'd been rolling for 10 mins on the bonnie I knew I'd made the right choice. He's solid, comfy, beautiful, well built and just downright charming. Love my bonnie 🌸

Easily the most confortable bike I've ever rode! The engine purs like velvet and the gear shifter feels like made of butter, a polite ask and it goes to the right gear by itself! That danm thing is just amazing!

I have a 2019 Street Scrambler as my second bike and I love it. Like you said, it’s so easy to ride and everything about it feels smooth and intuitive. Lots of fun to ride and a super well rounded bike. If you like how it sounds now, just wait until you put a new exhaust on it. I put the Vance and Hines 2:1 pipe on mine and it sounds amazing. Not huge but noticeable difference in performance after upgrading the exhaust too. The Zard exhaust is worth checking out as well.

Man I hate that we sometimes feel the need to apologise over enjoying something as much as you were enjoying this ride on this bike because of idiots on the internet. It's great to live vicariously through someone having so much fun!
