I am a new figger here. I rooted 9 cuttings this past winter. They're now about 6 to 8 feet with unripe figs. I've air-layed another few off of these trees. My intent is to grow many in the ground next spring to test if they'll survive here and be robust in-ground trees. Here in Central Arkansas, we were zone 7b and now we're 8a. I'm on the edge of your "can do it", and was wondering your thoughts on success. I have Black Madeira, I258, Adriatic JH, Kadota, Black Mission, Chicago Hardy, and Louisiana Purple. Appreciate your thoughts.

I am in 4B. Can I just bring my young fig plant in the house this fall and keep it as a house plant or should I have it in dormancy in my garage? Thank you for answering me, have a nice day

I'm in zone 6 and my figs are 15 feet tall - 10 feet wide. No winter die back I trim to 7-8 feet in fall.
