Hi Mand. Sorry, it is unrelated to the topic, but will be happy if you can help to deliver below glitch information to the developers team. Most of them appeared after last update. And some of them were there before the last update, which I reported, but still not fixed. You can find those glitches below:

1. Klassic Smoke: 1) Blind icon timer doesn’t work. 2) Klassic teammates (including Smoke) doesn’t reflect Debuffs to an opponent when they resist modifier debuffs such as “knocked out” and “Arctic Wind”. 3) Smoke and Klassic teammates doesn’t reflect any debuff when you make them immune (with resistance gears) to all debuffs.

2. God’s Helper Tanuki: Now Tanuki applies “Weaken” not only user’s tag-in but also opponent’s tag-in. It should apply only on user’s tag-in as per description.

3. MK11 Liu Kang vs Terminator: Terminator cancels MK11 Liu’s SP1 totally when you score 80+ on minigames. Before, he used to cancel only last hit which was crushing blow.

4. Kold Sonya: Kold Sonya and her any teammate breaks own ice armor when they tag-in (it happens not always).

5. Special attack glitch: Sometimes opponent interrupt special attacks by basic hits, resulting cancelling a special attack (without any particular gear. AI does it with any character, but it happens rarely).

You should use it on HST because the epic tower deal is going to be one-time. Also the critical damage bug got fixed

First, congratulations for the birth of your child.
Second, character pack is great for getting new gold cards. So far got 3 Fujin, 3 EB Kitana, and alot of other new gold cards+ one copy of Spawn + one copy of mk1 Scorpion.
Perhaps spent like 1500-2000dk for character pack.
In Average, one copy of new gold card is guaranteed for every 10 pack, if you open 10 by 10 which I usually do.

Taking the gamble hasn’t paid off yet for me…I’ve spent only around 250 Krystals myself on those packs and haven’t pulled a single Epic. Definitely a great pack for beginners though. I am also focusing on Fusion Ups myself!
