How to Unroot the Nexus 5

Done playing with your Nexus 5? Maybe you want to send it in for warranty or sell it to someone? Either way, you should unroot it before doing so. Unrooting a Nexus device requires two main steps. Unrooting it, aka removing root access and any custom ROM, and relocking the bootloader, aka telling the device we no longer want to tinker with it. Thanks to WugFresh's handy toolkit (that we used to root it and flash a custom ROM), we can easily unroot and lock the bootloader back with a few clicks. Here's how.

Im stock on the adb status thing, it jst tells me something about usb debugging. I enableled already bt it says its not reading it. Itried everything it says on there. Please help meee!!

i flash stock + unrooted my phone and restored my apps everything is fine but for some reason my phone is still rooted? how is this possible? when i turn my phone on theres the unlocked padlock under the Google logo signifying that its rooted still.

That's my situation: I'm not shore that my Nexus 5 is rooted. I've used "dr phone", a tool found on internet, because I wanted to recover a picture that I've cancelled. Now, the ota update doesn't work anymore, it shows the message "unexpected cache partition" and the upload fails. The bootloader is locked and I tried to use apps like root checker and stuffs like this and they say the phone is unroot. Can you help me please??

ok so i need to install the drivers but when i try my nexus 5 never pops up in my device manager i have usb debugging on and everything i dont know what to do any more
