Hello everyone. This is a very simple and easy to do adjustment to your one-handed backhand backswing to allow the head of your racket to gain more momentum and make it easier to add more power or spin to your shot. Adding speed to the head of your racket also allows you to control better deep shots that you need to hit on the rise, even if the incoming shot is loaded with heavy spin.
