I forgot to mention that standard stand can hold up to 2 light panels and the motorized stand can hold up to 4 panels. In my opinion 2 Biomax 900 panels are going to provide enough light coverage for most people. Only if you are very big/athletic you would need 4 panels.

Thanks, that was a helpful video. I purchased two platinum LED 900 panels. And the horizontal stand. The directions for assembling the stand and connecting the two panels are not simple and easy to understand. I contacted platinum LED support on the phone and they were helpful with some questions I had but there really are no videos that I've been able to find or detailed instructions on how to connect two panels to the horizontal stand. The support person at platinum LED did say that some people find it difficult to turn the panels from the horizontal position to vertical to take up less space and don't really suggest that as a possible thing to do everyday successfully. Also it takes two people to connect the panels to the horizontal stand. I have still not successfully connected both panels to the stand. After talking to platinum LED support on the phone I wish I would have contacted them first because I probably would've bought the motorized stand that apparently is able to move from horizontal to vertical position with the panels more easily. They do not accept returns or the stands.

Are biomax lights UL listed or safety rated? How many watts do they use? Is there any other brand thats’ better for bed use?
