Big wind set in with some 11 m/s and up to 18 m/s wind in the gusts. Excellent conditions! The Firemove feels slightly big for the first time as it gets choppydue to it is so wide. Brilliant speed! The GoPro gooseneck sits secure in the rig but bends from the shocks. I will remove some sections for stability.

Managed a catapult fall and the mast hit me hard plain in the face being thrown forward hooked in. From sailing full speed to full stop in the water hitting my head and nose into the mast timed with camera lapses was 0.2s. Luckily the helmet took part of the blow. I still have my teeth and could continue surfing rest of the day with a battered nose and stiff upper lip. Wear a helmet when you sail! No use wearing a life west unconscious under the sail. Next time I will reduce my fin size for better control with smaller sails. (1080p 25ips)
