This explanation is far better than the information on the retailer’s website. I came here to find out if there was a brush roll and this video quickly answered my questions. Great review!

Sent my son to college with this. It’s perfect for his dorm room, and he loves it.

This vacuum was the start of my vacuum obsession back in 2013 or 2014. I still have mine too.

One of the best review channels on YouTube hands-down.

Am I looking for a handheld vacuum? No.
Did I watch this review like all the others? Yes.

We actually bought this for my son when he was 18mos old. For some reason he loves vacuuming, but he was too small to use the full size shark. He's 2 now and still vacuums with it as part of his daily play - just don't attach the handle extension and it's the perfect height for a toddler. 👍

i have this vacuum and i actually take it on vacation with me! my husband and i usually go to mexico to the beaches to vacation and are always tracking sand back into the hotel room. plus i have very long hair that sheds a lot. this is perfect to bring along! its super light weight and does an excellent job! i think the maids appreciate it too!

My mom got an old version of this for me in 10 years ago when I started college. It was great and my dorms had have tile and half low pile carpet. It worked wonders and when I came home, my mom used it because it was so light.

They have hard floors at their house after removing the carpeting. So it’s perfect for my parents even thought they have a foldable shark rocket with the soft brushroll. The cord could be longer, slightly better filter, and a bigger capacity, but then it would get into the $40-$50 range probably.

I love this vacuum! It replaces my kitchen broom and is great for quick cleanups. had mine for over 7 years and I just replaced it.

My grandmother has one of these and she loves it. Her old stick vacuum was too heavy for her. And it works really well for getting around furniture and corner without her having to lean down too far. Would highly recommend for elderly or people with disabilities in small homes.

This thing is incredible for cleaning up my bathroom floor, after I cut my hair every week. It works perfectly on white tile. It gets up all the tiny little black hairs. Way better than a broom.

Omg this is the channel I need in my life!!I love my bissel featherweight! It has served me well in my mostly hard flooring house. Also brought it to client's houses when I worked as a painter.
It's extremely convenient to use, but yes has limits. It is time for me to upgrade!

I have an old model that I had gotten for dorms when I was in college. Going on 6ish years later and we still use it for quick pickups that are solid or hair. I seriously suggest this for hardfloor dorms.

I’ve seen some teachers in the building I clean use these for their classrooms. They keep them handy in case of students making big messes before nightshift (me and my coworker) arrive. They’re nice.

This model is one of the vacuums new frontline models. They use these for decoy attacks and battles of attrition. They actually aren't that deadly on their own, but in swarms they can wipe cities off the map quickly.

I picked up a Eureka Blaze 3-in-1 and a handheld Bissell Pet Hair Eraser to clean my home. We have a TON of long pet hair and 95% hard floors, so a bare floor tool with no roller was a must. I found that the only bare floor tool options come on very cheap vacuums or very expensive ones, certainly no cordless options. I'm really happy with how this combo performs. I got a 12ft extension power cord to plug into it and that lets me do entire floors of the house in 1 plug. The Bissell is super good for pulling up hair from mats, rugs, and for doing dusting.

We recently moved into a new house with mostly hard wooden floors. This vacuum really appeals to me. Thanks

I have two of these for hand held use and find them excellent. They are older models and have lasted well as I don't use them often. One I use daily for cleaning up my pet guinea pig pen. It works great picking up poops, hay and uneaten vegetable bits. On the model I have the dust filter stays on the vac when you remove the dust cup so this is easy to empty and then I brush the filter off after every use. This little vac is great for what I need it to do, and I would imagine it does really well on hard floors.
I'm wishing for some canister reviews as I am looking to purchase one.

I like it . I will use it in my sewing room. It not very big room and a lot of thread on the floor. I love it without the spinning brush, which means that the thread won't caught on it and easy to collect.
