But after decades of watching his failed businesses one after another claiming bankruptcy? Harvard Business School uses him as a what NOT to do in business.

Based on the charges the Prosecutor Lettia James presented and deemed valid by the Judge Engoron in this New York case against Trump and children, then every other entity or person dealing in real estate in New York must be charged likewise, as this is "common business practice" between lender and client. Any other judicial practice presents obvious judicial prejudice, which is both unethical and possibly illegal. Both Prosecutor and Judge need to be investigated for judicial prejudice focused on one person, as there has been no other cases with results like this in the past 70 years in New York, be suspended from practicing law and removed from office, and, if found culpable, jailed for malpractice !
