Never played the game but it's always sad to see a game ends. Similar feeling to saying goodbye to a loved one.

Right before the disconnection, all the character sounds go away and you just hear ambient sounds of nature. That made this hit the heart a lot harder.

It's always painful to say goodbye to a game you've spent time on and made friends on. Although I haven't played the game, I hope everyone look back with fond memories.

I can't bring myself to uninstall the game even if it saves space because I want to keep that stupid desktop icon as a memory. At one point my whole life revolved around this game and I did stop playing it but I always cherished the memories. I was driving for 16 hours to a celebration of life during which the servers were shut down, so I wasn't able to see TERA in it's last minutes. Thank you for posting this video. FOR THE FEDERATION!

Never play or heard about it anymore but as a gamer I somehow felt the sadness and really moved to tears. As a person who work in game industry myself, I greatly admire what you guys had did for the game, must be lots of love especially for something it does not generate profit.

I remember staying up for 2-3 days straight at my friend's house playing the beta. I moved my computer into their kitchen, and it was an extremely memorable moment for me. To everyone who played this game and made it their home, I salute you, and hope you find a game that can successfully fill the MMO Void that Tera has left. Gone, but not forgotten <3

This reminds me of the times when Velika used to be actually crowded most of the time. Tera had its issues but I had a fun time playing it for more than 5 years. Thank you for that, Tera.
Also, MCHM's last boss will always be one of the boss fights with the best, most fun mechanics I have ever experience (specially when duo'ing the debuff mechanic).

Rest in peace Tera. I couldn't be online for the last day of the servers, but I will always relive those fond times and listen to the soundtrack. It was the first MMO I got really hooked on, other than World of Warcraft, but Tera was the one that I played even more of. Miss Highwatch and hanging out with my guild members. Rest in peace Salty & Sexy, my guild all those years ago.

I bought TERA for $60 in 2011 and played ever since then. I will always love the TERA community and for making it truly a one of a kind experience. This video really brought out that nostalgia and it is truly a bittersweet moment.

When Wildstar ended, I cried miserably. I can't hug each one of you but I want you to know that your pain is not minor and fully understood by me even though the whole world may consider it silly.

I'm feeling emotional and I'm not even a Tera player.
But I can imagine hours of grinding, friendships, jokes, rage etc. All that kind of memories a player has during the gameplay.
And now is gone.
