How to use Rusty Padlock Key in Granny V 1.8

The Rusty Padlock Key is an item used for unlocking the Rusty Padlock.
It is one of the three items necessary for escaping through the Escape Pipe including the Chain Cutter and the Wooden Stick. It was added to Granny in Version 1.8.
