Really watchable stuff. I always liked the Di Marco brothers and was sad when they went. I started to lose interest when the Slaters came along and stopped watching completely when Shane Richie joined. Haven't watched it since. The era with Steve Owen, Dan, the Di Marcos and Phil and Grant is the best for me.

Dan Sullivan and the Mitchell Brothers and the rest of the cast back then were pure gold the storylines were great I can’t remember it ever being depressing unlike todays cast and shockingly bad scripts The 90s was the best decade for a few other shows when you could say what you wanted to

Thanks for uploading this. Was amazing to watch. I didn’t remember any of this with the di Marco brothers and the Mitchells going on. My family always watched eastenders. I started in 2000. It’s a load of crap now 😂😂

No surprise: Grant owned them every time they came to blows, but to give the Di Marco bros credit, they rarely backed down from him which not everyone in Eastenders can say they've done.
