You know what, I got goosebumps when she sang “at the end of 29”. It made me realize I listened to the original song when it came out in 1979. I remember thinking that “89” was still ages away. And here we are, 40 years later, and I’m still feeling like I’m the 11 year old I was then. Time is a weird notion. Happy New Year everybody :) I hope the next decade will be less egocentric, and less everything-fobic than the last.
