I have a client website with over 5, 000 URL's and I was panicking about how to migrate this mountain of data - complete with all the challenges you mentioned -- archives, structured vs. unstructured data, custom fields, page builder to block-based component system -- you name it. This video literally saved me!!! I can't thank you enough.

Edit: I use WP All Import/Export as well, though this will be a learning experience with creating database views.
