Two pretty important ways I've found to tackle overthinking.

1. Am I bring honest with my feelings and experience?

2. Are my words an act of manipulation or an act of genuineness?

Its a lot less stressful and socially anxious in life if I focus on being genuine to who I am instead of trying to be everything
