A presidential candidate refusing to take part in a debate is like a job candidate refusing to take part in an interview process. It should be immediate grounds for disqualification. Imagine if a contestant on The Apprentice refused to take part in a task; they would have been immediately told "Your're FIRED". Trump's apparent inability to cope with any pressure or criticism makes him a completely unfit candidate for the presidency.
