In today's video I'm going to be talking about five ways that you can use leftover juice pulp so that when you're juicing from home, you're not wasting a thing. We actually do have 10 ways that you can use leftover juice pulp. So make sure and watch out for part two of this video where we will give you the other five ways that you can use it.

Number one is juice pulp smoothie bombs. To make these, freeze any leftovers and simply add them to smoothies for a boost of nutrition and flavour.

Number two is to use it when you're making soup. You can either do this straight after juicing or freezer into ice cubes and chuck these into your soup broth.

Number three is to make a DIY lip scrub. This is really simple to do after juicing, mix the pulp with brown sugar, olive oil and honey, and you can exfoliate your lips.

Number four is to use it as a smoothie bowl topping. You can also add some into the actual smoothie itself like we did an idea number one, but specifically as a topping its a really great addition to your smoothie bowl.

And number five is to use it as a topping and salads.
