The six o'clock position seems hard to measure with that type of indicator stand but there are others that are more flexible.

why would you move both shafts together to measure parellel alignment? wouldnt you gauge from 3 to 9 only moving the shaft with the dail indicator attached to it?

Can you tell me, which kind of coupling are you using?

Ummmm, not to sure the laser alignment will turn out seeing has how the laser head is on backwards AND even if it were facing mirror the mirror goes on movable side

We literally use Allen key to do the alignment
