So my share is oral hyaluronic acid (face lift in a bottle), collagen peptides, red light therapy and a diet low in sugar. I've also gone down the rabbit hole of of some longevity supplements like NMN, quercetin and NAC which l started last fall. According to the biological test I took a month ago I'm five years younger then my chronological age. I turned sixty in March. It's turned the clock back. As much as I love looking better, how I feel is what will keep me doing what I'm doing. My knee pain is gone. I sleep great. I'm on no pharmaceuticals. I've just started learning shuffle dancing and begun a weight lifting journey which I couldn't have done a few years ago due to pain. I'm definitely going to look into the laser treatment for possible help under my eyes as that is my problem spot. Thank you for your video Kim!

I have paid so much money on dermatologist, and I didn't see any difference on my face skin. I'm frustrated.

I worry about any heat treatment causing facial fat loss...this has been reported with other treatments
