Excess stabilizer can cause problems with high cyanuric acid in any pool, whether above ground or inground, salt or traditional chlorine. If you notice these problems, it's critical that you stop adding stabiliser or stabilised chlorine, and look at lowering your cyanuric acid immediately.

Does cya sink or float? If it sinks i can drain from the bottom. If it floats i'll drain from the skimmer
