Have you ever looked at a radar and noticed showers, but you don't feel or see any rain?
This was exactly what occurred for parts of Monday, Jan. 13 as radar sites in Columbia and Wilmington showed spotty, light showers in the Low Country, the Pee Dee and the Grand Strand. While the radar looked like it was raining for some communities, those communities didn't measure any rainfall at the surface.
