What are Jumping Puzzles?
Jumping puzzles are open-world quests that require the player to find the right jumping route to a hidden chest. They are sometimes guarded by veteran enemies and are often part of mini-dungeons. They currently reward an Explorer achievement for completing each individual jumping puzzle, usually combined with a chest.

A few remarks.
Before milestone 1: you can acutally go on top of the ship at the end of the long bridge, it is a bit quicker.
Between milestone 1 and 2, You don't have to go over the rocks, it is easier to just go around to reach the ledge that goes up to milestone 2.
Between mile stone 3 and 4. Where you jump down to the arches you need to jump over. there is an extra chest halfway the jump.
Between milestone 8 and 9 between skritthole 8 and 8, you can drop down to asmall structure just above skritthole 8 to get another chest.

I love your videos Ayin. I enjoy your relaxed style, and the fact you don't feel the need to talk constantly over the video (like some other youtubers! They think THEY are the reason we watch their video!). You earned yourself another subscriber ^_^

Another note, facing the chest at the end of the puzzle, go north-east hugging the cliff until you get another skritt portal, go through it and run to the end of the pointy rock, take your diving goggles and while you're facing toward the point, jump to the right of the rock. Maneuver in the air and keep looking for the opening, don't accidentally hit the ship etc. Another achievement done!
