My roses didn’t arrive like that. They did not have labels like that out of 22 ordered costing over £200 only 11 were viable. I only got a part refund as they invoked their must complain before end of July. I ordered on 28 June delivered 9 July. I wrote to them twice and advised I had to go in for a serious emergency operation I wrote to them again on my return home. But they have taken my money without any conscience . The roses were very very old stock beneath the green wax they were dead and brown to the nub and when unwrapped the soil was orange from age. Stale and sour. I have photographs to prove every bit of this statement
