Mike was a talented boxer for sure and Cus D'Amato helped him develop his talent. The thing that made Mike great and invincible though was his training. He trained harder than everyone else. And not just a little harder but way, way harder. This just goes to show that hard work not only pays off, it's the key to success. You can have a little short lived success just because of your talent. But real, long term success is, was and always will be training and practice. Talent mixed with hard work virtually guarantees success!!!
