Do you have a link to these studies you referred to? It seems like you are just saying that it happens but don't have any specific answers on how it's actually done. As an appraiser myself, I wonder what methods people are using to adjust up or down their comparable sales if a homeowner is black. Would be really useful if you provided any supporting information to your statements.
