For reference, the Magma Blade is the hardest to get drop. And no it's not the one from the magma dragon, it's the ones from the lizards holding them.

Not gonna lie I got this on my first go trying to get the beast man's curved sword

Personally a much faster method i used was to go to the 'Beside the Great Bridge' site of grace and go down the lift and right around the corner is another one. I used the darkmoon greatsword to kill it quickly then went back up the lift to reset it. Could kill two of them in about a minute if done fast enough.

It's not that great by itself, I thought it would look cool powerstancing two of them and so I farmed 2. They actually shred pretty well if you do a strength/arcane build and give them status effects like blood or frost

I've been farming these for the past 3 days straight because they look like a bigger version of kratos's chain blades to me and I finally got one yesterday I feel like the one at the end of the stairs of dragon lift temple has a lower drop rate since he has less health

Use silver scarab talisman with 30+ Arcane & silver fowled foot and items drop pretty quick. Arcane governs item discovery. Got three of these.

Thanks for the video! I just got it on my 5th try right after I used Silver Pickled Fowl Foot. I also got it on the same kind of enemy but there is another one at the bottom of the curved stairs on the way to the enemy you show in your video. 2 of the same enemy with same sword close together. My discovery is 324. Not sure if I can get it higher or not

Getting items is just much easier when u go with an arcane build with silver scarab silver fowl foot and the mimic mask, like things just comes to u :/

I like how people say everything is rare on this game because they use the same stuff and dont go out and look for anything, this weapon took a few tries, you just have to have rng on your side

Can’t believe you didn’t show the weapon art it’s not always “the usual” the dragon halberd has a unique spinning slash that imbues it with lightning and I noticed it’s a curved greatsword so that’s probably unique in itself there’s 3 other curved greatswords that do spinning slashes but all of them I haven’t even been able to get yet. Omen Cleaver, Dismounter, Monks Flameblade all of which I haven’t obtained yet but obviously all being different lengths the spinning slash is more effective with longer weapons than shorter ones I’d imagine it would still be nice to see it demonstrated.

You can get to farum azula before ever going to mountaintops. Activate perfumers grotto site of grace. Go to 4 belfries and use the teleport to farum, once there fast travel to perfumers grotto (dont rest here) and quit the game normally. When you restart you'll be at farum azula at the same spot you are after killing the red bearded bro.
