Just eat anywhere between 3 to 6 eggs a day, over-easy, not over-cooked, is the same as eating all these things.
That's what I eat. I do eat a lot of fruits and veg also, but eating eggs is plenty, easy, and less hassle than having to collect all these bits and pieces
