I still have my Toshiba Satellite 330CDS thats about the same age, from 1998 and it has a 266 mhz Pentium CPU with 96 mb of ram, 4 gb hard drive original, and Windows 98 second edition. I think this laptop, you may could even upgrade it to Windows ME.

I think this is the same model laptop that my dad bought after he retired and moved back home. Unfortunately, he sat on the screen while he was on the plane, so that part stopped working. Despite that, he still ended up using the laptop while it was hooked up to a 13" CRT monitor for years.

I have a 2505cds that’s in beautiful condition. It feels like it was barely used . Sadly it’s passive matrix and the screen capacitors are starting to go bad

That computer looked chunky even for 1999. BTW do you work with vintage digital cameras like the Sony Mavicas?
