I've been an Audible member for years and absolutely love it. I just don't have as much time to read books as I did when I was younger and audio books have allowed me to continue to consume some great content. One of the things I didn't hear you mention was Audible's return policy. You can return a book and get your credit back for any reason. Thanks for the video.

Woe! 3 Credits at a time are now $35. Inflation! If you buy 3 at a time, make sure the books you purchase are at least $12 a piece so get your money back. I try to find good books that can range up to $45 a piece! This is an amazing deal but don't waste credits on books that cost BELOW the per credit cost you paid upfront for 3 credits.

Sometimes We old folks, Older than 60 have problems keeping up with the newest and greatest. I have had Audible for years... all was great until i had to get the Audible APP and work from there to buy Audio books and figure out how to use this efficiently. There are somethings I just can't figure out how to use.. or they don't function properly... I try to locate a book I know has been purchased and is someplace in my library... however I can't find it quickly. Using the search function is worthless. That, or I am using the function incorrectly... how about doing something absolutely useful on your blog or whatever you are calling your online presence and review how all the tools there work and how to work them

How do I find the included in the membership books sometimes when I do a search for something they just happen to be on that author but I never knew about this feature until it happened by accident. I have looked everywhere on my account and I can not find an included in your membership section.

I'm new to audible and enjoying it so far! However, I have questions.
For now, I'll only ask one that has frustrated me a little bit. How or is it possible to download the book at the same time I'm listening to it??
I have looked and can't find at least a full pdf on any in my library. And only one book gave me one page of an illustration. 🤷
Do I have to purchase the audible and the book itself? (That's a 2nd question) Makes no sense and it's greedy if that's the case.
And, I do have a membership.
