Dr. Mary Claire Haver is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist from the American College of Culinary Medicine. Bonus tip for adult women with ADHD on meds. Do not take your meds within 2 to 3 hours of vitamin C or eating or drinking vitamin C Food/Juice. .... It interferes with the absorption.
My doctor didn't even know that. Gho figure

I take the same Magnesium L-Threonate, but I take it in the morning to encourage focus and brain function. I'm a huge fan. I do take Magnesium Bisglycinate at night to help with relaxation and to support with natural melatonin production

I've read that ground flaxseeds lose nutritional value in a short amount of time, and it's better to get seeds and then ground them as you need them to keep their freshness.

That Nuro mag is the only mag that doesn't give me a run for the bathroom. But I take it during the day, cause that form keeps me awake.

I eat ground flaxseed and chia seeds everyday. I actually grind them up together. Tip: buy a small electric grinder and whole flaxseed in bulk. It lasts A LOT longer and you’ll save a ton of money grinding it yourself.

Please hydrate your chia seeds before consuming!! If you eat too many dry chai seeds, they can hydrate and expand in your gut, pull moisture from your colon and cause constipation and in extreme cases, cause blockages. Always soak in water or liquid first!

Don't need the k-cup; don't have a pod coffee maker & seldom drink coffee.
But hooray I have the other things already:
- I sleep well🙏🏾, daily I eat magnesium filled walnuts ✅ Aldi
-hemp hearts✅(same brand 👍🏾) Vitamin shoppe or Giant
-chia seeds ✅Aldi
-ground flax✅Aldi
- OXO veg chopper ✅🎯

Flax should not be purchased ground already. Grind your own at the time of consumption

I take Magnesium Glycinate to help keep migraines away. I take it at night. I want to take L -Threonate also for brain health. Is that ok? Can I take both? If so at what time of day and how much of each. PLEASE answer. Much love...❤️

QUESTIONS! I just bought that very same magnesium and I’ve read recommendations to take it with Apigenin 50 milligrams and Theanine 100-400 milligrams…thoughts con that sleep cocktail?

Watch for the cadmium in the flaxseed. They've been testing it Bob's Red Mill tested way too high. I get Terra brand. They test it like a supplement

The magnesium you suggested has some very scary reviews on Amazon (read the ones with 1 star). I almost ordered but am glad I did not. Perhaps it’s safer to purchase directly from the manufacturer…😮
