More new cards were revealed today from the upcoming Legends of Runeterra expansion, Empires of the Ascended, which will release on March 3rd. The new cards included a new champion: Lissandra. As well as some new Freljord cards. Freljord might finally have enough tools to break away from Shadow Isles if they want to do a control deck. In this video we'll review Lissandra along with the other new Freljord cards and evaluate how good they'll end up being.

I would have excepted Nautilus's and Moakai's fusion dance to make Naukai, but I guess this works.

I’m a newer LOR player taking a break from MTG. And it’s really refreshing to play a game which feels really well balanced you never get shafted because you can’t keep up with your opponents spell curve because you and your opponent get the same amount each round. And it may be naivety saying this but all of the champions are well balanced and no champion seems to completely overpower other champions. Whereas in magic (uro being the most recent card to do this) one card gets printed and completely dominates multiple game formats for long periods of time

I think they've given up on champs that only level if they "see" stuff. It's just vastly inferior to stuff that levels up in deck.

This is by far the champion I'm the least excited for, idk never been a huge fan of Freljord or Lissandra
