Lissandra just got a huge change for her Q and Ult, greatly increasing the healing she gets from the ultimate, both base and AP scaling, and her Q now slows every subsequent target hit, not just the main enemy hit by it!

The Q now does what it always should have done. Specially with many champs having aoe slows that are far stronger (the slow) than her Q. Nice bonus to her R

I would have loved it if the Q enhances the W or gets stacked and you get frozen. Ice mommy Lissandra deserves more buffs.

Does anyone else remember her R had to hit twice? She always had this secondary dmg after the initial R damage, that's something lost that Ive been wanting to get back😢

I've been playing her in Arena and she seems pretty good.
Build bruiser or almost completely tank depending on your partner's needs and her survivability and cc is pretty solid.
You can E to get plants or dive their backline, both good. If you get lucky you can even ult someone that has the ring closing in on them, which is massive damage. Alternatively save your ult for the very end and you can be invulnerable while the ring fully closes in.

Lissandra secondary passive, her abilities does more damage to targets that were affected by her slows and cc. make it stacking so she can do meaningful bursts

Liss Reddit have spoke and this is NOT a buff to Q but a PATCH cause it seems it was always a bug that enemies didn't get slowed by it when description says otherwise. Riot themselves were actually surprised that this was the case.
