Just watch crime shows where they go back through the history of incidents where their friends will say "yeah they said they thought something was off.. "

After my last relationship my intuition and instincts are on 💯 . I have learned to trust myself more. I have learned to take what I see at face value. I have learned to listen to myself and what I'm feeling and not to ignore it. So many times I have allowed myself to forget or ignore a feeling and it has bitten me in the ass.
