Bayonetta can, with her accessory called moon of mahaa-kalaa, canonically parry any attack. She can also activate bat within and survive attacks even after being hit. Not to mention witch time, and her extreme agility and strenght overall. She can use many attacks and abilities, even with non magical handguns. She gets way more powerful when she's able to summon the limbs of madama butterfly, and her other demons. She also owns 2 pairs of rocket launchers she can wear all at once. It's hard to think of any character she wouldn't be able to defeat with humor and grace.

Here we go with takes from a powerscaler:
1. Dante - Before his debunk yes, he could easily defeat Kratos, but now, he doesn't even come close anymore. Kratos Low diffs
2. Asura - Doesn't stand a chance. Kratos No Diffs
3. War - Loses even worse than Asura Kratos Neg Diffs
4. Bayonetta - Good matchup, I think she wins but barely, High Diff at least.
5. Sephiroth - good haxes but get's outscaled, Kratos Mid Diffs
6. Shao Khan - Even in his prime, Kratos Neg diffs.
7. Demi-Fiend - Accurate, he destroys Kratos No Concept Of Diff.
8. Gene - literall fodder here together with him being the slowest in all types of speed here on this list. Kratos erases him No Concept Of Diff.
9. Mewtwo - Accurate, Kratos kills him No Diff.

Kratos also has a ressurection ability but not just that, he also has a relic…BUT WHEN DID U NOT KNOW KRATOS CAN MOVE IN STOPPED TIME?!
