How To Convert An Image File To Text Document Using Google Docs

STEPS:
1. Drag your image file to your Google Drive (jpeg or png)
2. Right-click on your image file in Google Drive and select "Open With Google Docs"
3. Delete the image embedded at the top of the page.
3. Click "File"
4. Click "Download As", "Microsoft Word (.docx)"

Google may not properly format your text, but it still saves a lot of time. E.g., I gave it a screenshot of a table with consistent formatting and it got converted to a set of lines, each table cell on separate line. But the characters got converted almost flawlessly (only missing some punctuation on š and í, characters quite specific to my language), so it seems quite reliable.
