I used to have a relaxation tape made by Sonya J Herman; and it had this soundtrack. One side of it said progressive relaxation while the other side said “relax be with you” and this tape introduced me to progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery.

I used to have most of these Golden Voyage tapes including this one. Somehow, I do not have any of them. When I relisten it helps me relax and focus on remembering my at-one-ment and feel content. My mother died from lung cancer when I was 12. At, 15 I found this on cassette tape in a box of her belongings and listened to it at night throughout my teens. Reminds me of her. Thank you for uploading!
