alright. To make it fair, you're going to have to have Pereira and Ngannau have a punch-off on the same machine at the same time.

I feel like this machine is so inaccurate

They should have measured his left hook

They did Tom dirty with the stabilising bar lol. It wasn't even secured in place no wonder he was getting 30s lmao

Who, how and how often are they calibrating these machines?
The numbers are too all over the place for me.

The one Tom hitting is not bolted down

And he was using his right. He’ll take the whole machine down with his left

I feel like these are about as accurate as the machines at the bar

The machine is never set up the same. Sometimes loose, sometimes tight, even the PI workers have said they don't think it's setup right at times. Notice how much it shakes when Tom's hitting it, but it doesn't budge when Alex hits it. That's adding too the efficient kinetic chain

So Francis broke record rigt before his stipe title fight, right before ufc 300 seems like the biggest star happens to hit harder than anyone

Tom’s Machine wasn’t bolted down. The energy as transferred into the whole mechanism rocking it back and forth.

Alex Pereira does look like a trebuchet in fights.

Its the way you shift your weight that raises the score by as much as 5 times. So as you make contact you have to turn your hips during the contact which ads kinetic energy to the machine multiplying your score. Tom is just using his upper body strength, even the trainer tells him this but doesn't articulate it very well. Punching power comes from the feet to the hips which is very awkward for some men since a male's center of gravity is in their shoulders. If Tom worked as a brick layer or construction work he would have major back problems since he doesn't have a good center of gravity, but being a heavyweight fighter he can make up for that by pure size and strength. 40, 000 PSI for an ARM punch is quiet scary now just imagine if he could pull the energy from the ground. Technique is key!
