Look no further than our homemade Sheer Khurma recipe! This traditional dessert is packed with finely sliced dry fruits like almonds, pistachios, raisins, and roasted vermicelli for a delightful crunch. Here's what you'll need:
- Vermicelli, 1 cup
- Milk, 1 litre
- AsmitA Organic Farm’s Jaggery Powder, 1 cup
- AsmitA Organic Farm’s A2 Cow Ghee, 2 tablespoons
- Almonds, chopped
- Pistachios, chopped
- Cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon(optional)
- Saffron, a pinch(optional)
- Raisins, chopped
- Add ghee to the dry fruits and vermicelli and roast them well in AsmitA Organic Farm's organic A2 ghee until they're fragrant and golden brown.
- Then, we add the milk 🥛 and keep stirring until all the ingredients are well mixed. But here's the best part - we replace white sugar with AsmitA Organic Farm's Jaggery powder! This natural sweetener adds a unique taste to the dish and is packed with essential vitamins and minerals.
- We recommend adding 6-7 spoons of jaggery powder for every litre of milk but feel free to adjust the amount to your taste preferences.
