I’ve tried this, it’s more work than applying by hand. The stain will build up in the pad eventually and start balling up. When this happens, you get stain that applies like colored pencils. Also, I see no protection on the baseboards or adjacent flooring. You better be an EXPERT before you try this. Good luck 🍀

Ok looks pretty simple my only questions are how much stain do you pour? I don’t want to pour too much? Also do you come behind it to wipe up excess?

Ty. One more question what I’m planning on doing is a Screen Stain then the next day WATERbase polyurethane.
Is it possible to stain a hardwood floor by just screening or do I have to go down to bare wood.

that takes to much time. my brother in law wipes on the stain and I wipe off and my sister does a final wipe after me goes way faster than when we've done with buffer
