The last fight was definitely not an illegal kick to the head. It was a bad referee, who obviously did not control/correct the fake winner. Very bad judgement overall.

Last guy can only win by getting a DQ from his opponent. That's why he keeps one knee on the ground. Ref's shouldn't allow that tactic. If you're going to fight from one knee, you get an unfair advantage, you can launch at any time, but the guy standing only has so much he can do. Chicken fight.
