May Lai is currently the Head of Operations at
Melody Kindlyland Group of Companies. Her
previous experiences as Curriculum Manager
allowed her to represent Melody Kindyland in
various global seminars and conferences such
as the Asian Preparation Centre Leadership
Conference in Cambridge and many more,
constantly sharing and learning key knowledge
and insights. This also allowed her to actively
engage in teacher training and development.

Her passion for early childhood education has
led her to pursue a Master in Education at the
University of Science, Malaysia, researching
various topics such as Early Childhood and
Development, Pre-schoolers’ Motivation
Orientation and Parenting Styles. Through her
extensive research, her article on
“Assessing Pre-schoolers’ Motivation
Orientation : Do Parenting Styles Corelate with
it?” was published by USM Press, reflecting her
expertise and passion in this field.
