This is one of the best reviews of the 4 frame extractor. Despite having a problem with mine, I still feel that the extractor is a good deal for someone with 1 or 2 hives.

I have the 3 frame manual from VEVOR and got it for super cheap with their sale! I use my power drill to spin because manual takes forever for me lol.

The lids do wobble but they stay on even with me cranking it with a power drill. I agree though, I wish they secured the lids a little better.

I also bought hive boxes from them, they were a little bit wonky (only a few) but for the most part, they are still in my yard and holding together very well!

Finally got it to spin without hitting the tops of the frames. Cross member on one side sits a quarter of an inch higher than the other side. This allows enough clearance. Still have not heard back from mfg.

You mention about the food grade grease and maintenance of the bearings or points to grease, is it possible to show us the location of these ?

I just purchased this extractor. Put it together, but when it rotates the top of the frames are hitting the metal cross member. Very noisy and it also results in wood chips falling into the tank? Any suggestions.
