OBX Exhaust - Volvo S70 T5

Sound clip of the complete exhaust setup by OBX. Includes a three inch downpipe, and 2.5" for the rest of the system. Overall, fitment was not bad. The only real problems I encountered is the rear hangers aren't right. They need to be lowered on the car. A 5 minute job for an exhaust shop.

The tip sticks out too far as well. It would need to be cut after the muffler and shortened if one so desires.

The car sounds wonderful. Not annoying at all on the freeway, and has a deep growl; that signature whiteblock five cylinder sound. :)

To the guy at 0:53 - Get used to saying that a lot buddy! "Not bad for a Volvo". People so under-estimate Volvos, it's crazy, however, it does help with the "sleeper" touch.

Sounds really good man. I saw this clip on VS. I'm running a 3" turboback with no muffler and it's really annoying on the highway. This setup sounds awesome, not too loud, but definitely has some growl. Nice work!

Actually its 3"dp and mid-pipe.Ive had the OBX on my 850 T5 for about 3 years and love it.And yea I had my buddy cut the tip off and move it back bout 6 inches.Looks so much bttr, than sticking out as far as it does the way it comes.

sounds like you have a BOV. have you had any problems with your ECU or anything after installing it? or is your car doing good. and when you installed it did it take away any performance at all?

@ProjectPatuhh Yeah, I have a HKS SSQV. No problems with anything at all. Sometimes when lifting off the throttle I get a pop out of the exhaust from the rich spike. No CELs or anything though. I installed the BOV not for the sound, but due to the factory CBV diaphragm tearing under more boost.

Did he have a different CBV? Sounds like that high pitched squeak when he comes off throttle

@xpiecemealx Yeah! It's not hard at all. You might have a helper near to help hold the parts up while installing, but it's not bad. The most time consuming part is removing the factory system.
