You cannot compare the speeds when you use two different speed test servers. Most of they are garbage.
Use the same server for both tests.

My speed in general is 100mbps only for download, does it mean if I use fastestVPN then speed would reduce by 60%?

I've had it for 4 years now and it's for life for only $20 dollars now it's $40 dollars but you don't get the Australia streaming u only get it for the USA and UK so take that into account
