Let me clarify three of them. Technically, a better way to describe what happened to Michael Jordan is that he didn't make the varsity team, and play junior varsity his sophomore year instead. It's not like he was cut and sent home. The Beatles did not make it with Decca records because truly, they thought rock and roll was a dead medium. Because after 1960 to 1963, big band, trad, and other forms of music had replaced what was thought of as a temporary fad, rock and roll. So Decca records found an excuse not to like them, although 6 months later, they would have signed them in a heartbeat. And Oprah winfrey? She simply not good at delivering the truth. She only has a gift for delivering her narratives.
