But the shortage of workers to fill those new jobs is real. Especially after Covid, and the shift to working online instead of in person. Send recruiters to Canada. There are tens of thousands of unemployed people in Canada who would love a job in Construction. As long as you are willing to pay for their education expenses, Visa legal bills, and relocation expenses you will have more than enough workers in the construction industry from Canada. Just take out a half page advertisement in Canada's major cities local daily newspapers. Advertise a job fair that would take place over the weekend at a local hotel conference room. Have recruiters onsite at the job fair ready to hire construction workers onsite. Also you could go to Canada's high schools and make a presentation to the entire school (with the principle's permission of course) . Leave your business card with the high school students in Canada and also sign them up right at the high school.

Many of those people coming over the border have the skills to do to jobs it's time for the federal government to use them as workers for at least a couple of years while they get Citizenship

Everyone is hiring but you need experience and have to know insiders in the company. I have to fight for a 10 an hour job with illegal spiics
