Darrow (voice with the English accent)
Zhao Yun Ru (voice with the Chinese accent)
William Taggart (that other voice)
Lucius DeBeers (Voice with the Southern US accent)

(there's actually 8 illuminati in the call (7 not counting Page himself) in the final game, so the remaining individuals are likely Morgan Everett, Stanton Dowd, and maybe Phillip Mead)

Pause at 0:40 and look at the keyboard: It says remote access, Sarif Industries. Who is is he talking to at Sarif? General O'neil maybe? Other than that, left to right it has to be Darrow (making chips, British accent) Taggart (working public opinion) Zhao (woman, Chinese accent, worried about production time for chips) and ????. The last person controls LIMB, has an accent and and seems rather impatient. He can't be from Picus because Zhao gives the update on Eliza's blackout.

SPOILERS: Naw, these are all characters from the game. The first is Hugh Darrow, the the second is Bill Taggert, the third Zhao Yun Ru and the fourth, is Morgan Everett (Who didn't show up here) I'm iffy on 2 and 4 though.

@Ranemoraken You sure about that? The first Deus Ex game listed the five people I've mentioned as being the five leaders of the Illuminati during the Human Revolution era. I know that Lucius DeBeers at least is definitely the one with the British accent.

There's a jean forget from Fema sending a message to Bob Page (although the "to" in the e-mail looks like a Lt. Labouef(?)) Perhaps there are characters yet to be introduced. I smell a sequel!

(SPOILERS) But yeah, Hugh Darrow was talking about his facility in singapore where they were trying to develop the biochip that Dragon lady would later distribute.
